Men from Nantucket, Randolph charged with murdering Dorchester woman in September

Boston Police arrested two men this week on charges they shot Princess Charles to death on Greenock Street in Dorchester around 5:25 a.m. on Sept. 9.
Tevin Herman, 31, of Nantucket, was arrested on the island around 7:40 a.m. on Nantucket. Nantucket Police report Herman both lived and worked on the island.
Kevin Facey, 28, of Randolph, was arrested in Providence on Tuesday, police say.
A second person was shot with Charles but survived.
Both men were arrested on warrants charging them with murder, armed assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and illegal possession of a firearm, police say.
