Once more into the breach: Blue Line knocked out at Revere Beach

The Blue Line is even more of a mess than usual today, as in, the T is running shuttle buses between Orient Heights and Wonderland and telling people who can to take the ferry, because of some sort of wire ish at Revere Beach.

I get very frustrated, I live
I get very frustrated, I live in East Boston and depend on the T for both my professional and personal lives.
But I need to understand that I am but a lowly software engineer, I could not possibly understand the scope and complexity of keeping a wire suspended above some train tracks.
Or having trains go more than 15mph, that is freaking rocket science and I need to shut my trap and just allocate 45 minutes to get across the harbor.
