Racist graffiti sprayed inside West Roxbury elementary school

Parents at the Lyndon School on Mt. Vernon Street in West Roxbury got e-mail today about "graffiti containing racially offensive language and inappropriate images" sprayed in a couple of classrooms and a hallway over the weekend.

School staffers counseled students who may have seen the graffiti. Boston Police are investigating.

9 times out of 10 it's a student or employee just trying to stir the pot.

Best it not be repeated. That would only further the aims of whoever put it there.

I think I've heard the "just [fill in the blank] trying to stir the pot" excuse for non-action a few thousand times too many. It's not relevant. It really is not at all relevant.

Wanting to know what the racist graffiti said is an excuse?

Ok thanks for weighing in.
I'm sure it wasn't some stranger off the street so the suspects are limited, seeing what was written would narrow it down from employee or student..im sure..

Those who don't want to know can block their ears and cover their eyes when or if it's released.

More concerned about how they got into the school over the weekend which wasn’t addressed in the email.
