The Globe
Had a writeup last week. Basically, a) he was never qualified to hold the job and b) he's dismissed any/all input from staff regarding major decisions.
Also a general decline in student safety based on past instances which weren't appropriatly addressed.

Retirement home
Is BLA staffed with a bunch of high-seniority teachers with one foot in the retirement home the way that BLS (reportedly) is staffed?
According to the comments on the Change.org website
I guess there were some activities (bullying, assaults) that Mr. Gavin did not give his full support to or remedy, so the teachers gave him a no-confidence vote.
where do you see these comments?
i read all the comments on the petition and do not see anything about bullying
The petitioners removed the comments
The petitioners removed the comments to they could send them to the superintendent.

BPS Mafia
I wonder if the central BPS Mafia will back the teachers or the principal?
I can’t find any specifics and I’m not relying on anonymous
comments on a change.org petition. The BTA should tell us why
85% is a huge number
You have to be terrible at your job to get numbers like that.
People voted
to bring back the elected school committee, and it’s Wu who didn’t respect that vote. Like all the prior administrations, you can thank them for the failing school system.
