To be fair
It's tough to find out what the clearance of that bridge is.
Yep!
If only the state had some way of letting truckers know in advance what a bridge's clearance is.
Overlong can change overheight
oh that underpass has been trouble for a long time. Nice new paint job!
Iirc it's got a bit of floodable dip, so that a long trailer that is nominally shorter than marked height can crunch in the middle when both ends are outside. Which may be what we see here. 12'3" may be the height for a short-base box-van, but a 63' unit may have a rather lower practical limit.
Which even a trucker's GPS can't take into account unless one dials in a very conservative rig height
Technically
That's an MBTA bridge, since the T bought out CSX in 2012.
Truck is now 12' 6"

The Storrowing Game is catching on ….
… faster than pickle ball!
Yarmouth Lumber likely not hauling lumber
The freight company primary job is hauling Poland Spring products.
Brings new meaning to the phrase "water under the bridge"
There was also a Storrowing
There was also a Storrowing under the railroad bridge on Freeport Street this evening.
Was this the first
Was this the first "Storrowing" of the season?
