Alleged grinning idiot with a paving stone sought for smashing up Navy Yard venue, forcing it to cancel holiday events

The Anchor in the Charlestown Navy Yard reported today it's open, but with limited capacity, following "a targeted vandalism attack" on Dec. 4:

We are disheartened by this act of destruction, which has forced us to cancel all of our holiday events, many of which serve underprivileged local children and are beloved by the Charlestown and Greater Boston community. This includes our annual installation of 175 decorated trees and a large Hanukkah light display.
