Citizen complaint of the day: Ankle-burning steam in the Leather District

An annoyed citizen files a 311 complaint about the scorching steam on South Street near Kneeland Street - right across the street from the Vicinity Energy steam plant:

Hot steam - manhole cover. Outside of 210 south street there is steam coming out of the manhole cover that is scorching hot. I stood on it while getting out of a car and it actually burned my ankle. This has been going on for a very long time and it is quite concerning and in fact is causing issues for the building at 210 south st.
