Company that helped drive Carney Hospital into the ground proposes tearing it down and leasing the land to the city for a high school

The Dorchester Reporter breaks the news on five responses to a city RFP on how to build a new home for the Edward M. Kennedy Academy of Health Careers. One of the proposals is from a group that includes Apollo Global Management, which owns whats left of Carney Hospital: Tear down Carney, put up a new building and lease it to BPS for 25 years.
