They went out of business last year, but for a good long time, the Blockbuster on Harvard Ave up by Comm Ave (it's a party supply store now) was missing two crucial backlights for five of the marquee letters, and read:

BLO   US    VIDEO

Good times.

If you're driving west through Union Square on Somerville Ave (?), you will see a dry cleaner with a neon "Shirts" sign in the window. If you're stuck in traffic just right, the 'r' is blocked by a light pole and it looks exactly like a different word. Pretty funny, and has made me a do a double-take on more than one occasion.
