There is something hypocrital here in that study at the Dean's school
is too expensive and too lacking in student financial support for
pursuing careers in our cities' public libraries.

We need library studies programs setup at the University of
Massachusetts that are on a par with the excellence of information
policy programs at schools like State University of New York
University at Albany http://albany.edu/cci

A teaching library approach to library studies on site at our Boston
Public Library is needed just as medical centers are teaching hospitals.

Greater emphasis on information policy studies for our cities' public
libraries' professionals is needed.

Too many of our current cities' public libraries' professionals are
unprepared to fully examine all facets of debates about the
problematical aspects of the software for
our cities' public libraries.

So, yeah, anybody's free to post (although I will delete spam and various crap).

I have to admit that I've been wondering what the seemingly random posts were all about.

His true love has always been the Boston Public Library.

Is it really "our" Boston Public Library" if Don lives in Cambridge?

Anyone who lives in Massachusetts is entitled to a BPL card.

But at least the BPL main branch, which is what he seems to truly enjoy, is sort of a statewide resource.

So he's been fixated on the BPL for over a decade. Wow. Talk about dedication to a cause. Isn't a definition fo insanity doing the same thing over and over with no change in the outcome?

The remorse comes through every single one of his cryptic lines, because he realizes the next president will likely be far more problematic.
