Never loan somebody your snowplow

Among the items in the latest Newton Tab police report: Newton police say a local man loaned a snowplow to his neighbor last winter and now the neighbor is refusing to give it back - and has apparently moved.

Also, an unspecified business with an ice-cream vending machine reports somebody managed to break into the machine - and took not just money but four or five ice-cream bars.
