UPDATE: The Herald reports the woman was not the intended target.

Shortly before 10:20 a.m. on Warren Street near Copeland Street, according to National Emergency Alerts.

There were tons of police swarming the Blue Hill Ave/American Legion Hwy area this morning at that same timeframe. At least 15 marked and unmarked cars passed me on Blue Hill Ave, with sirens and lights going, heading toward Franklin Park. Are these connected?
