That's the HQ for the company, where all the execs do their banking.

You mean the HQ isn't in Santander? I'm shocked.

do they have lax security practices or something? is this just selective memory on my part?

Maybe all the crooks are BOA customers and they don't want to rob a bank where they have an ATM card.

series "Barry", about a hitman who accidentally stumbles into a yearning to be an actor. His mentor advises against pursuing it, suggesting it would be awkward to confront his latest target and be recognized as the guy in the chicken-restaurant commercial. Barry's hilarious reaction is in the trailer, but I won't spoil it.

The banks down near Downtown Crossing and South Station all have armed guards.

If downtown banks are held up, does that mean uptown banks get held down?

Firmly around the center?

FYI banks are not allowed to have armed security guards inside of their buildings which is why they get robbed so often...and the armed security guards that stand outside of the banks i'm told are not allowed to take any real action against bank robbers other than call the police.

Because the couple hundred the robbers get is covered by insurance and a small fraction of the loss if an innocent person at the bank got shot.

Then why even have guards.

Having a guard lowers their insurance rates.
