I haven't done catering from either, but can second that Gyro City makes my favorite gyros in the US and that Opa Greek Yeero has also been great all around.
OPA Greek Yero in Somerville near Davis Sq. The guys who own that place are great and they make the best pork yeero you've ever had. Plus they do all the Greek pastries and desserts too.
KAVA NEO-TAVERNA (South End) has the most authentic Greek Food that I have had in the Boston area. I'm not 100% positive that they cater, but I'm sure upon request they would.

Saloniki is super tasty but IIRC not super authentic, if that matters.
Esperia Grill
Esperia Grill in Brighton is great; so is Greek Corner in Cambridge. They both do catering and both can handle a smaller order comfortably.
Ditto Esperia
Best hummus and tzatziki I have found in the Boston area. Pork Gyros are enormous - so big that I often get an extra pita and make it into two.

The Feisty Greek in Norwood
Might be a bit out of your way, but I really like the Feisty Greek. They have a pretty straighforward menu and it's all pretty good.
Seta's
Someone already mentioned her. She has/had a stall the Copley Square farmers market, and had expanded to brick and mortar because her food is aweome!
Not Greek, though
Seta's is terrific, but they're Armenian, not Greek.

Yes, Seta's hummous is the stuff of dreams.
Demo's, Watertown
On Mount Auburn Street, Watertown. Excellent Shish Kebab. They also have a restaurant in Waltham, but I haven't been to that one.
