Power blinks out in East Boston, Roslindale

Several hundred houses and businesses in each neighborhood lost their power tonight.
Somebody filed a 311 complaint about the East Boston outage around 8 p.m.:
Transformer at corner of Porter and Frankfort was spraying lots of sparks.
Eversource is estimating 10 p.m. restoration in East Boston; 11:30 p.m. in an area of Roslindale bounded roughly by Washington Street to Poplar Street and Beech Street to Cummins Highway.
