That should put an end to kids misbehaving on the bus.

I don't remember the Guard being activated during the school busing crisis. I'm so glad the Boston school buses and the MBTA are getting the kids to school safely and on time.

a school bus driver shortage following an 18 or so month long period in which children were unable to attend their schools fully in-person?

Most of the bus drivers were over 60 and a lot retired during covid. Are they experiencing shortages due to retirements. It was a job that people who say drove a T bus and could retire then get a job driving a school bus. Did they just decide it was not worth it any longer?

I don't remember seeing the school bus scene in the national guard recruiting ad.
