Carr thinks it's too bad the alleged killer will only serve 11 years in jail unless somebody kills him first.

I would call for his execution, except I don't believe in capital punishment for the mentally ill.
Well, I don't really believe in any capital punishment, but if cars driven by Howie "Execute Mentally Challenged/Mentally Ill Children" Carr and Bill "Child Abuse is Fun" O'Reilly crashed head first killing them both, I wouldn't be that upset.
