Adam Castiglioni reports that Dave's Hot Chicken, which specializes in spicy Nashville-style fried chicken, will open a branch in the Transportation Building on Stuart Street on Feb. 2.
I’m suddenly bombarded with ads on my streaming services for the Dave’s “Not Chicken” cauliflower alternatives, and they honestly look quite enticing (sandwiches and nuggets).
Nothing like learning a few things about the way the birds are raised to wet one's appetite for fried chicken. To be fair, commercially raised chicken have little to envy from farmed beef, pig or salmon.
Knowledge from reputable sources on this topic is not hard to find; it's only a dozen keystrokes away.

Not quite
Dave's is in the old Blaze Pizza storefront. The food court in the Transportation Building lobby has been empty for a while.
Thanks, fixed
I should've known.
Will they also have the “Not Chicken”?

The abandoned food court
I assume the food court is permanently dead?

On the plus side
It's becoming more common to find meatless alternatives in fast food places. IMHO, they always taste better too.
