At this point, all three occupants of the stolen vehicle exited and fled on foot. Officers gave chase and set up a perimeter of the general area. After a brief search, all three suspects were apprehended. A loaded .45 Caliber firearm was located within the suspects vehicle.

Dominic Toledo, 18, was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, failure to stop for a police officer, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon (car), unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and various motor vehicle violations. Michael Miranda and Armando Barros, both 20, were charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, trespassing, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition.
