Man shot, car hit in hail of gunfire on Blue Hill Avenue near Floyd Street

A man was shot in the foot and a car damaged by a bullet when somebody opened fire on a group of men standing on Blue Hill Avenue around 5:25 p.m.

Blue Hill Avenue was shut on either side of Floyd so officers could collect shell casings.
