East Boston fight sends five to the hospital
Boston Police continue to look for the instigators of "a large fight" at Shore Plaza East on Border Street Wednesday night that sent five people to the hospital.
According to police, the fight largely involved juveniles but that one adult was injured trying to break things up. None of the injuries was life threatening, a BPD spokesperson said. The attackers fled the area before officers arrived.
According to an account on the East Boston Open Discussion group (Facebook login required), one of the victims was a pre-teen. An adult woman posted photos of her relative's face after the incident and said a group of males began beating "women, elderly, and children" watching a soccer game and listening to music because they felt the victims were looking at them funny.
