Man on bike groped two women on the Esplanade, State Police say

State Police report they are looking for a man who slowed down on his bike on the Esplanade long enough to grab two women on the buttocks around 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 9.

Police say the man attacke the women just west of Community Boating.

He was described as black, dressed in all black clothes and carrying a black backpack.
