Malden man charged with South End sexual attack

UPDATE: Sent to Bridgewater for 20 days of observation.

Boston Police report arresting Anthony Smith-Pacheco, 24, of Malden, on charges of assault and battery, assault with intent to rape and indecent assault and battery for an incident around 2 p.m. on Sunday in an art gallery on Harrison Avenue in the South End.

Smith-Pacheco was arrested in Malden, police say.

Innocent, etc.
