That's a huge bust for only one arrest.

Looks like it's probably closer to ~1620 grams of lactose with mixed just enough fentanyl to get high. You can see 4 bottles of Lactose pills in the picture, that assume he was crushing in the coffee grinder (also pictured) and mixing with fentanyl before wrapping in plastic baggies (also pictured).

The idea of some rando walking around with enough fentanyl to kill half a million people is a little scary (and not at all impossible: https://www.universalhub.com/crime/20171029/police-make-scary-find-nearl...) but it doesn't seem to be what we have here.

I don't think most of us don't grasp the significance of how much this ammount of Fentanyl could kill everybody in the community in which seized it.

Hypothetically speaking what if some knucklehead get a drone and connect bags of Fentanyl on it and use this mechanism and delivery system to cause harm.

This bust and any of the bust where fentanyl has been seize a is a significant as a seizures. I would say Fentanyl is a chemical weapon. We should consider it as an act of terrorism for possession of fentanyl for criminal reasons.

We either seem to be in the midst of a real assault by Fentanyl pushers -- or its just a strange coincidence. Just yesterday "Breaking News" -- a New York man was arrested in the parking lot of the Woburn Mall outside of the Market Basket - - he had the now requisite 3 kg of Fentany

WOBURN, MA — Woburn police, along with Massachusetts State Police and officials from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency seized 3,238 grams — or 7.14 pounds — of fentanyl during a drug bust Thursday night. Fox 25 Boston is reporting that police arrested Kelvin Jimenez, 28, Bronx, NY and charged him with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl. Other details were not immediately available.
