Elderly man suffers fatal head trauma on Huntington Avenue

Boston Police report homicide detectives are seeking the public's help to determine how a man, believed to be in his 70s, suffered fatal head injuries in the area of 868 Huntington Ave., between Parker Hill and South Huntington avenues, last night.
Police say the man, taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital, is believed to have suffered his injuries between 8 and 9 p.m.
