Two men shot in the hand in separate Dorchester incidents a few minutes apart

One victim was shot in the hand on Spencer Street, between Wheatland and Talbot Avenues shortly after 10:20 p.m., the second in the hand on Livingstone Street, just off Blue Hill Avenue, across from the B3 police station, shortly before 10:30 p.m.
