Gunshot grazes man's butt in Roxbury; suspect arrested, police say

Boston Police report a man's posterior was grazed by a bullet at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Warren Street shortly before 3 a.m.

Police say the man was treated by EMTs at the scene for "a non-life-threatening superficial wound to the buttocks" and that he declined transport to the hospital.

Police say they found the suspect, Emmitt Thompson, 56, of Roxbury, not far away on Catawba Street and arrested him on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Innocent, etc.

Graze wounds hurt like a mofo.
