Two stabbed, one fatally, near Warren Street in Roxbury; suspect arrested

Murdered victim identified as Ronald Reed, 33.

Stanley Stacos reports two people were stabbed in the chest shortly after 8 p.m. at 5 Rockville Park.

Boston Police report both men were brought to local hospitals, where one died. The other is expected to survive, police say.

Police add that not long after, police arrested Raymond Joel Castro, 42, of Dorchester, behind the Trotter School on Humboldt Avenue, about a mile from the stabbing scene. Castro was charged with murder and assault with intent to murder as well as for violating probation, police say.
