State Police reports the crash, just south of the Winn Street exit, has shut all four travel lanes. The breakdown lane is still open. Injuries, but not clear of number and extent yet.
State Police report somebody walking in one of the southbound lanes of Rte. 128 in Waltham died after being hit by several vehicles shortly after 10 p.m. yesterday. State Police say they are trying to determine, among other things, why the person was walking on the highway.

UPDATE: State Police reported at 7:22 a.m. that all lanes had reopened.
State Police report somebody drove the wrong way down Rte. 128 northbound around 4:20 a.m. just before Rte. 3 in Burlington, causing a crash that shut all lanes northbound. They estimate the road could be reopened by 7:30 a.m. WBZ reports two taken away in critical condition.
