If love locks are outlawed, only outlaws will have love locks

The love locks were back on the fence on Massachusetts Avenue over the turnpike this afternoon. The fence could come down if a developer succeeds in building a 17-story hotel and condo building.

I know this is a grouchy comment, but those locks are lame. DPWs should cut those off on a regular basis, without dropping them on the cars below.
