Orange Line riders needed a wing and a prayer due to a balky door at Assembly Square

The MBTA reports residual inbound delays of ten minutes on the Orange Line stemming from problems getting a door on one train to work at Assembly.

The Orange line trains were running like a glacier.
Riders waited 25 minutes at Green. Then between stops the train delayed. Yet the CS reps at the T claimed that no delays were posted on their website and therefore there were no delays.
Apparently an alternate reality (the MBTA's alternate facts?) exists in the T offices.
