I find that when it comes to the amount of precipitation that it expected, TV reports are the only way to go. My phone can tell me that it will snow from 7pm until noon the next day, but it sucks at telling me if we're supposed to get one inch or 18 inches.

I can't remember the last time I watched the weather on a local TV news station, It's not his fault it's just at my fingertips whenever I need it.
