Sampling Chinese/Peruvian fusion food in Charlestown

Richard Auffrey reports he had to make several visits to Arlington Avenue in Charlestown to try dishes at the Peruvian Taste Restaurant, because the food was just that good. They serve both traditional Peruvian food and chifa, a mix of Chinese and Peruvian cuisines.

the food is great. the portions are on the smaller side so don’t expect leftovers. of course, this can be a pro or a con, but the food is seriously great.

I've lived very nearby for 14 years and never knew of it because of its out-of-the way location near the T's Sullivan Square bus barn and repair facility. Grabbed some take out tonight and it was great.
