Not to be pedantic
Not to be pedantic, but the correct name for that particular area is Shoppers Plaza.
Was it a simple or aggravated
Was it a simple or aggravated assault?
He hit one of them....
So it is assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. (which is a more serious charge than aggravated assault)
by-standers?
Seems like there should be 342* additional charges of assault (or threatening or endangering or whatever) for every by-stander (including inside buildings) within 100 yards.
* 342 is a made up number, maybe its less due to covid, but shooting in Downtown Crossing on a Friday afternoon is so very extra stupid.
Funny
Yup it’s mom. And this is false information because he was not the shooter. So please go and find the real information smdh
OK
So who was the shooter?
