Another of our sports moguls seeks to expand overseas - by taking over British footy club now owned by Russian oligarch

The Guardian reports Celtics owner Steve Pagliuca is looking at buying the Chelsea soccer team owned by Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, who has sanctions and all. Pagliuca would, of course, join the Sox team that owns Liverpool and John Berylson, who doesn't own any local sportsball franchises but who does own the Millwall soccer team in the UK.
