Boston to get a 24-hour Panera

The Boston Licensing Board today approved a request for a Panera to stay open 24 hours a day - inside the lobby of Brigham and Women's Hospital at 75 Francis St.

The new Panera is simply replacing the old Au Bon Pain, which was also open 24 hours.

There are only six locations still open in all of Massachusetts, none of which are in storefronts or shopping malls anymore.
