Ernie Boch, Jr. just wants to be loved, and is that really so bad?

Tai Irwin reads about Ernie Boch Jr.'s birthday party (you know, the one that involved shooting fireworks over Boston Harbor) and wonders if maybe, just maybe, he's a sincerely nice guy:
