Because you wouldn't think the owner of the Trilogy project would pay $8.5 million for the building just to keep a D'Angelo's there (anybody remember when the place was a Jewish deli?).

Yeah, Empire Deli. Used to go there a lot in college, back in the 80s. They were open pretty late, maybe not all night, but maybe yes. Too long ago to remember for sure.
