Glen analyzes the data behind Boston Magazine's recent "100 best public elementary schools" ranking, which generally seems to skew toward suburbs that spend a lot of money on schools (surprise) - except for Watertown, which had no schools on the list despite spending more per capita than all but five other eastern-Massachusetts communities.
