Boston Red Sox hiring - only those with strong technical 'experitse' need apply

In other Red Sox news the team is hiring: Red Sox job posting
I guess the ability to spell is not that important, as the above job posting has a single spelling error, and three grammar errors. Not that I am one to talk, but I do expect more of the Sox than I do of myself. If the link will not work, here is the job description, complete with spelling error.
