Death to the Midtown Hotel

News that the First Church of Christ, Scientist might sell off or lease some of its buildings around its headquarters - including the Midtown Hotel on Huntington Avenue - gets John to thinking:

I would love to see the Midtown Hotel either buried or renovated into condos. It would make that block much more pedestrian friendly.
