Community journalism in Cambridge

The Alewife serves up news, photos and events listings for the Porter Square and North Cambridge neighborhoods.

And, of course, let's not forget Robert Winters's Cambridge Civic Journal, which has been doing community journalism since, like, forever.

The Alewife is a printed newspaper as well as a web site. I believe it's put out by the same folks as The Somerville News in nearby Davis Square.
