Is Ban Chiang House in JP closed?

The last two times I've walked by it has been closed; does anyone know if this is permanent? And if it is, does Wonderspice Cafe do takeout?

Does take out, at least when I lived in JP they did, and it's damn good.. Definitely try it out.

Yes, Wonderspice does take-out, though I've only done this for lunch, not dinner.
