Allston Christmas heat maps

Bryon Wells used aggregate data on leases that start Sept. 1 to create a heat map of where you can expect peak Allston Christmas pickings this weekend.
Bostonography also generated an Allston Christmas heat map that, one suspects, is just as accurate, even if not based on lease data.

accuracy matters, but...
Hi, creator of the first heatmap here. I still think mine is more accurate, but I'll admit that Bostonography's version probably took WAY less time to make, and that color choice is just perfect too.
