Is that not the parking lot for Budget? Considering their trucks are one of the plagues of the neighborhood I find that funny.

All Budget does is rent the trucks. They don't control the people who double park or don't know how to drive them. While I don't disagree that there's a plague, I think its origin lies elsewhere.
