A response to having a trash barrel and bags of poop dumped on your car

Note: Post updated to reflect what happened, rather than some stupid assumptions on the part of the author.
A couple days ago, thanks to a roving UHub photographer, we related the tale of a Somerville resident who came out to find a trash can on her car roof and several bags full of dog poo on her windshield for apparently transgressing the unwritten space-saver law of Somerville (unwritten since the city, unlike Boston, has a permanent ban on space savers).
The owner of the car responded with the above note, taped to the trash barrel - atop all the bags of poop that were also attached.

Except....
....if I were angry that someone "stole" my parking space, I don't think I would dump my own garbage onto the offending car. Mostly because I wouldn't want my stuff blowing all over the street. I'd probably just grab whatever was nearby, or maybe whatever was nastiest looking..... but maybe I'm smarter than the average space saver.
So for all the poopee knows she just returned this nasty pile of frozen garbage to an innocent dog owner whose trash barrel was commandeered for vengeance by someone else.
Exactly
The Internet is supposed to make us smarter, but instead we're just broadcasting our stupid.
Cataldo Ambulance
I'm sure the owners of Cataldo Ambulance are thrilled to have been dragged into it.

Fecetoon?
Is that like Mr. Hanky from South Park?
I don't even read these but
I don't even read these but thanks anyway.
Worryingly, the trash can
Worryingly, the trash can with our address on it vanished during one of the messy trash collections that happened mid-snowstorms, and was replaced (by the garbage collectors, presumably) with a different one. So the one with our address on it is probably out there somewhere at some other house. I would hate to have it become used as proof of anything if it turns up in a compromising situation.
Please note the original post has been corrected
I made a couple of stupid assumptions and, surprise, they were wrong. I've updated the post to reflect what actually happened (main point: No, the car owner did not put the poop-laden barrel on the alleged offender's property).

Reason #5000 uhub is better than the "real" media - you own up to mistakes (everyone makes them) and correct them IN your post rather than in some footnote where no one sees it!
