The next time I begin to relent and agree to take my daughter to the West Roxbury Friendly's for lunch, could somebody rush over and slap me in the face and remind me what happened today (25 minutes after we ordered, our food to show up; seems somebody up front cancelled the order), so I never make that mistake again?

I think they have a lock on worst service for a chain restaurant, ever. It is the same in almost every one I have ever been to, and yet, at least once a year I stupidly go back. And then I get mad at myself because it's not like I shouldn't have expected it. The one with the worst service ever (for me) is the one in Acton on 111. Just horrendous. The one in Waltham, I think on Lexington Street, is probably one of the better ones.

The one in Woburn isn't much better.
But their food is SO GOOD.
