Transit Police report a guy who goes by the nom de spray of CIGA is now wanted by police in Cheyenne, WY for tagging up local utility poles and street signs.
In 2014, Marc Meadowcroft, now 20, of Revere, spray painted all over the trolleys stored at Boylston station in 2014. He agreed in court not to do it again.
Police say he lied and went right back to spraying his tag all over the Boston area.
Innocent, etc.

He just doesn't get it.. oh well. Sometimes I question where people's brains are.. but then again thats why they are criminals. They are usually aren't too terribly smart.

why someone found guilty of this kind of thing wouldn't be paid automatically responsible for repairing the damage they've caused. With a repeat offender especially. Otherwise it's just a wrist-slap.
