Federal judges in Boston stay immigration, visa ban for a week
By adamg on Sun, 01/29/2017 - 10:21am
The ACLU of Massachusetts reports two judges in US District Court in Boston early today ordered the government to let immigrants and green-card and visa holders from seven predominantly Muslim countries enter the US through Logan Airport.
The ruling comes in a case involving two UMass Dartmouth professors with green cards who were detained for several hours at Logan yesterday.
Arghavan Louhghalam and Mazdak Pourabdollah Tootkaboni are both civil-engineering professors originally from Iran.

And Trump's response...
Warning: Downfall again.
Mostly Excellent
Thank you for the much needed laughs. A minor quibble: people have actually been making fun of the tiny hands for decades (cf "short-fingered vulgarian")
Graydon Carter
was the original author of that phrase, published in SPY magazine in 1988.
Carter recently wrote that he still gets photos from Trump of Trump's hands, with the notation: "See? Not so short."
Like, this one-time, throwaway comment that should have been forgotten a week after the magazine it was printed in faded from newsstands, has been the genesis of this ongoing feud between Carter and Trump that's lasted nearly 30 years. WTF?
Thanx, I needed that
You win the Internet's today, hands down!
