Plymouth man charged with murder on Hartford street in Dorchester

Boston Police report arresting Derrell Russell, 29, of Plymouth, on charges he shot Dwayne Thomas to death on Hartford Street on April 28.

Police say officers from the BPD fugitive unit and the drug unit at District 14 in Brighton arrested Russell.
